Stacey Cakes - MCCALL

Good place for easy bakery! Although a little expensive and perhaps as a request make croissants. But also the food is good! Even if possible it would be nice to sugar-free options for those who do not consume sugar.

We got their mediterranean quiche, chocolate raspberry shortbread, cherry pie, lemon cream pie, and pecan sticky buns. The quiche and shortbread did not survive long enough for me to take a picture of, but believe me when I say they were the best shortbreads and quiches I have ever tasted. In fact, everything we got were the best things we have ever tasted. I like to bakery hop whenever I travel, and I’ve been to many of the highest rated bakeries in cities all across the US (NYC included) and few of them can hold a candle to Stacey Cakes. If you are in McCall, you have to stop at Stacey Cakes. You have to.

The best lemon curd/ lemon mouse tart I've ever had that I didn't make myself.

AMAZING baked goods. I had the salted caramel cheesecake which was seriously one of the best cheesecakes (and desserts) I have ever had. Seriously crazy taste sensation. Crumb was perfect, and the whole cheesecake was a perfect combination. Also, had the huckleberry blondies... eating one right now as I write this. Really tasty, has an incredible fresh, juicy taste from the huckleberries. It's also a clever combination.. not a very common combination.
