Chick-fil-a - McAllen

Awesome people and service. Beautiful as it is super new. Just getting used to the new drive thru layout and parking.

The restaurant offered fast, fresh, and friendly service. The food was professional and delicious. Overall, everything tasted amazing.

Chick-fil-a like always, delicious and fast the only thing was I order my burger with no cheese and both of my orders came with lots of cheese but they were good, next time I'll add special instructions.

Wide variety of fast food and I love the fact that they provide fast customer service and you don't wait for your order for a long time.

Been having complaints about this restaurant. I work at the mall so I usually buy my lunch here and order delivery. Every time I order something is wrong with my order, kissing items, utensils, gets delivered over and hour later and many other. I LOVE chick fil a, but this particular one is slacking. Today I received a side salad (that I was gonna eat for lunch, had it delivered through doordash) there was a DEAD LADYBUG inside! I called the store to complain and they asked me if I can take the salad back. I had it delivered for a reason! I said I still have the item that I could take it some other day (thinking they say no) they told me to take the salad back on Monday “so they can give me a new one” never buying there again.
