Mcalister's Deli - McAllen

First time trying McAllisters Deli and it was an OK experience. I went during rush hour and the line never moves! There are so many employees to take an order , but only 2 or 3 will take an order. Been coming to McAllisters since it’s opening here in McAllen, TX. I’d say 10years plus but I’m not happy with the recent menu change. And customer service has gone from amazing to alright at best. Still continue coming but it’s not the same experience. I highly do not recommend coming to Mcallisters. The AC is NEVER working in this location and I can never enjoy a meal here due to the fact that’s it’s so hot. I can’t imagine the work conditions that these employees go through. Also, i don’t appreciate the general manager. I can see how unprofessional and rude he can be with his employees. He mid interrupts them whenever they’re taking my order. I prefer the Mcallisters in Edinburg! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
