フィードバックを提供するMarble Falls Whataburger is the worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to. 15 employees standing around. 25 minutes to get two meals, and surprise! Cheeseburger has no cheese. Gravy for chicken. Strips is like water. Staff doesn?t care. First time I?ve eversaid this but the Whataburger corp would be better off closing this one down. Gives a good company a bad name. Shame on youMarble Falls Whataburger.
I placed a pickup order through the app. The cashier, Charles, was extremely rude. He told us it would be ready shortly, then walked away to assist with something in the kitchen. When he returned, he completely ignored us, instead talking to the customers behind us. He didn't even give us our cups for drinks or anything.
The experience can vary quite a bit! I'm not sure what causes the differences—maybe it's the staff on duty? Overall, though, you're likely to have a good visit! The restaurant is usually clean, and while the lines can be long, 9 out of 10 times the food is fresh. That really matters; if I had to wait a long time only to get cold food, that would be disappointing. The employees are generally friendly—just the right amount, really. That's all it takes for a mostly pleasant interaction. Overall, it's a decent place!
Sheanna took my order at the drive-thru today and she was fantastic. She had excellent manners and even said "you're welcome" after I thanked her. Professionalism and common courtesy seem to be lacking in the world today, so I really appreciated her service. Thank you, Whataburger, for hiring such an outstanding team member!
