Numinous Coffee Roasters - MARBLE FALLS

I was pleasantly surprised to discover nitro cold brew at this restaurant. Although it wasn't listed on their menu, I decided to ask if they had cold brew and was delighted to hear they had nitro. The flavor was incredible, with a rich depth and smoothness. They use Nicaraguan dark roast coffee which gives it a strong chocolate and mild smoky taste, with hints of nutty hazelnut as well. Unlike other nitro cold brews I've tried that can be overly acidic, this one was super smooth indicating that it was brewed cold. The nitro accentuated the delicate nutty undertones, creating a drink that reminded me of Nutella. I'll definitely be enjoying this all day during my hike at Enchanted Rock. What a great find this place is!

Love dropping by Numinous. Although the young folks could be more.. how should I say... patient?We've gone here on and off for years.The coffee is great.But the service is little to be desired.

The pastries at this restaurant are excellent, but they always sell out before 9 am. The coffee is just okay and the drinks with almond milk are not great. The regular latte is pretty good though. I always leave disappointed due to the lack of pastries, and today was no exception. All that was left were a few cookies. I left empty-handed and have found that the coffee has been subpar lately. Without the pastries, the trips to this restaurant are not worth it.

When I go to Numinous, the employees always make me feel like I am welcome. Every time I go there, I see at least one of my good friends working there and we get to chat for a minute and talk about life. All of the employees are SUPER helpful and kind.
