I’ve been going here for years, great place to get your beef, pork, chicken and fish products. Along with seasoning for your own mixing, great sandwiches and soups for a quick hearty lunch. Stop on by and let these guys and gals take care of you.

This has been my favorite butcher shop for years. Living in Bismarck I pass a few shops on the way to pick up a great steak. Always been very nice employees. Today I went in for lunch having two bowls of soup and two sandwiches. I ask for a bag. The lady running the register was very nice. But the guy with the bucket hat standing by the till not running it. Grabbed for a bag multiple times with an attitude. And then he throws the bag at me. I think was this childish and rude.

Butcher Block turned our venison into Honey BBQ sticks this year. Absolutely incredible flavor and densely packed! Highly recommend! These venison sticks will definitely be on our list every year.

The butcher guy was the nicest, he helped us decide what we wanted with our deer meat. We thoroughly enjoyed their service and we very much enjoy the meat! My husband’s favorite is the jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, so good!
