Taco Bell - Manassas

The staff at this restaurant is extremely professional and courteous. I recently had a situation where another customer mistakenly took my order and ate one of my burritos. When he realized his mistake, he apologized and gave me the rest of the food. The manager quietly replaced my order without embarrassing the other customer. I was impressed with how she handled the situation. It's always nice to see a problem resolved professionally and peacefully. In addition to this positive experience, the staff at this Taco Bell are friendly and efficient. They are good people.

The dining room is never open, I guess they only do take out?

The chicken at this Taco Bell location has consistently been undercooked for years, and the orders are always incorrect. It's best to steer clear of this restaurant.

Food is good but they don?t clean there drink nozzles. The Baja blast had a hint of mold to it

They offer mobile ordering but you have to pick up inside. There are multiple signs indicating this. The doors are always locked and the employees just stare at you without opening them. It is difficult to pick up your order. The drive-thru is consistently busy and very slow. The service at this location has significantly declined. Despite its proximity to our home, we prefer to travel to other locations due to the worsening experience over the 13 years we have lived in the area.
