Krispy Kreme - Manassas

The doughnuts are excellent, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I've never had any issues here! It's definitely worth the trip whenever I'm in the Manassas area!

O M G! I died and went to donut heaven. I have never had the honor to see Krispy Creme donuts being made right there in front of my eyes, and let me tell you it was just lovely! The cashier was kind and in a great mood and the donuts were better than you can imagine a freshly made donut would taste, still warm and sticky sweet. I am SO glad to have visited.

After long time of not eating sweets we wanted to celebrate occasion and my husband went and bought us 12 donuts DISGUSTING ?. Look at frosting, size and to end all they were at least ONE DAY OLD, but possibly two or more. What is going on??? Why are you stealing people?s money??? Is there a manager?? If there is a manager and allows things like this than that person needs to be FIRED!!!

Some of the staff (at least the guy who works mornings) will outright refuse to prepare items they don’t feel like making. This has happened on multiple occasions, and other employees will confirm that those items are available; he just doesn’t want to do his job. This reflects poor management and has led to a disappointing experience for customers who visit when employees like him are on shift. “All we have is black coffee and fountain drinks.” Are you serious? There should be a term for employees like this, as it seems to be a recurring issue at this location.

This is my favorite donut shop, but I’ve noticed that every time we buy donuts from this location, they have very little filling. Additionally, they seem to go stale much quicker than at other locations. I recommend taking advantage of the coupons they send out.
