Mazziotti Bakery - Lower Burrell

I have a passion for great bakeries, and this one truly stands out. I visited one morning just as they were unloading fresh baked goods from the van. The driver set a tray of danishes in front of me, and I couldn't take my eyes off a cheese danish that seemed to be calling my name. It had the perfect cheese filling with a subtle hint of lemon. The pastry was light and flaky, and it was glazed just right. It was absolutely delicious—simply amazing!

I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at this bakery. I ordered a birthday cake, and the decorations looked like they were done by a child. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional, showing an arrogant and defensive attitude. As someone from a family of small business owners, I can assure you that we would never treat a customer the way I was treated. To make matters worse, the cake itself was terrible. The pictures of the cakes do not accurately represent what you'll get. They could use some lessons in customer service. I will definitely not be returning. Buyer beware!

Best cakes and cookies! Everything is amazing! The bread is delicious! i cannot say enough about the freshness, the quality, and how wonderful everything looks! I just cannot give this place enough stars! And the staff is absolutely hands down the best around!
