Wendy's - Lititz

I ordered food in the app for execution and went to the restaurant to pick it up, but no one would answer the knock on the locked door or the multiple phone calls. In the meantime, all the time, 4 people of food were served inside and sat at a table. I still don't know how they got in since every door was locked. The best part is that they still uploaded my card for my food, although I couldn't get it. I call that comfort. Thank you. Wendy's to help me with intermittent fasting.

Drivethrough service was dreadful. On top of waiting an obscene amount of time the whole order was wrong. Was asked multiple times to repeat as I ordered. Screen was broken so no confirmation. At window was asked again to repeat the whole order. Bill almost doubled and I paid for a ton of extra food. I feel like the equipment was the root cause of the problem. I will not return to this location

Welcoming and Friendly Atmosphere, Great Food and my favorite Fast Food place to eat.

Not bad but you have to check your order. They seem to miss food that should be in the order. Overall, for fast food, it's ok

Drive through service was extremely slow. Fries were not fresh, but other than that the food was good.
