Dry and tasteless pretzels.I tried several varieties including the hotdog pretzel, all were dry and hard.

I ordered a party pack and mustard yesterday 12/16/21 for delivery today 12/17. I paid, tipped and had confirmation for today between 12:45 and 1:15. At 12:15 today, I received a cancellation that they cannot fulfill the order. Are you kidding? I am 2 hours away trying to surprise my brother on his birthday and you wait until the time of delivery to cancel my order? This is terrible, terrible. This should not happen. Thanks for ruining my brother’s birthday and my day as well.

My first time for a pepperoni melt pretzel. It was delicious. I will have to try again.

Pretzels excellent as always. Everyone in the store looked busy making pretzels. Was in and out in about 45 seconds.
