The Big Biscuit - Liberty

The dishes they serve are quite good, but I often find myself in a difficult situation. While my family enjoys pancakes, breakfast burritos, and of course cookies, I'm left hungry for lunch because my own meal tends to be much lower in calories. To have a brunch that actually keeps me satisfied for a longer time, I have to resort to ordering oat flour pancakes or fruit with toast, which can end up being quite pricey. Since my family used to enjoy these breakfast items before I went vegan, I reached out to them on Instagram to see what vegan options they had available. They mentioned salads and fruit.

On my first visit, I tried the Alamo, which is the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! It’s massive and packed with delicious ingredients. Our group also shared the cinnamon roll pancakes, which were simply heavenly—sweet, but oh so sweet! On my second visit, I had the Yard Bird, and once again, I was not disappointed. The biscuits are huge and incredibly fluffy. It came with a generous portion of slightly baked chicken, which was shredded and smothered in gravy. You also have the choice of breakfast potatoes or hash browns, both of which were perfectly seasoned and tasty. If you're hungry here, it's your own fault!

On my second visit, I ordered the Yard Bird, and once again, I was not disappointed. The biscuits are enormous and fluffy. The dish came with a generous piece of slightly baked chicken that was shredded and smothered in gravy, along with a choice of breakfast potatoes or hash browns. The breakfast cakes were perfectly seasoned and oh so tasty. If you leave hungry, it's entirely your own fault!

A great place for breakfast while visiting Missouri's freedom. Service was very friendly and the food was excellent. You have a great parking lot here and are very efficient to get your food in time. Very impressed by the way this institution Israel. Will definitely eat again.

The food was great. Had chorizo omlet. My waitress was amazing! She even put the rest of the order in her pocket. Only negative was the great male and female with blonde strips in hair speaking tips and insulting the customers. I always type, but really bad taste in my mouth.
