Taco Bell - Lakeland

I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each visit left me completely satisfied with both the food and the customer service.

They take safety seriously, with staff wearing masks and gloves. There's no cash exchanged; you place your order at a kiosk inside or use the drive-thru. I highly recommend the Power Bowl, Nachos Belle Grande, and quesadillas. Delicious!

I occasionally order the black bean crunchwrap from this restaurant since I follow a vegan diet. I requested it without sour cream and cheese, just as I always do. To my surprise, it arrived with beef! I haven't consumed meat in a few years, and it really upset me. I checked the receipt, and it was noted as a black bean version, so I’m not sure how they made such a mistake.

I know you are trying their best in this COVID time, but they need more hospitable for their customers who come. Most of us do not know how to use this kiosk. I tried to help this older lady, but I was also a bit tangible. I had to ask for help for the customer who was just there. The Nacho Superior was pretty good.

Tastes delicious but the food doubles as extra-strong Ex-Lax. You've been warned!!
