Panda Express - Lakeland

Bland food didnt receive any of the chicken I ordered.

It's a shame that I haven't read the latest reviews before I hit the drive-thru. They did not put a teriyaki sauce on the side and filled my drink until it was poured out from the side of the lid. Fortunately, I decided to check the bag on my way home and could turn around and back. The girl on the register was nice at 1st, but was short with me and close the sliding door in my face while I after a few napkins as well as since she never gave me. The food is good, but the service is on the hill. I don't need my money back, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is, by far the better of the two Panda Express' in Lakeland. Food is always fresh, they never run out of Teriyaki chicken, and the staff is much friendlier. Worth the extra 2 miles from the house.

Visit regularly, food is consistently good. Word of warning and the reason I knocked off a star, if you get asked to pull forward and wait for an item to be cooked, you will wait FOREVER. It doesn't matter if they say the wait is 2 minutes or 15, you will wait for at least 20 minutes if not more. Sub in another item, don't get stuck.

Definitely one of the best Panda?s I?ve been too. Restaurant was clean and modern. Food was delicious as always and service was above average. Nicole should teach customer service classes. She was friendly and super nice without being over the top, even offered me something to drink while I waited for some from beef since I didn?t by a drink. Was really impressed with my quick take out experience.
