Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Lakeland

I hadn't been there in at least 15 years. We were seated right away, but it took an hour for our food to arrive, and everything was served cold. I probably won't be returning.

I ordered the cheeseburger with everything, keep it the mayo and straight pommes. the burger was very good. the fries were crunchy and fresh. overall I enjoyed eating. I would have made a picture of my eating, but I skipped breakfast and was a little concerned to eat lunch. it looked and tasted very good. the waitress was friendly and informed me that they have food specialist every day like burger Monday taco Tuesday, etc. the area is decorated with sports memorabilia and there are several tvs hanging in the dining room. in the middle of the restaurant is a bar or pub with dining areas on the outside edges. I am definitiw back.

I called but didn’t get an answer. When I arrived, there was a sign saying to please sit down, but I found that a bit off-putting. I didn't want to wait; I wanted to place my order. After ten minutes, the staff at the bar noticed me but seemed more interested in flirting with a customer than attending to me. In the end, no one came to help, so I decided to leave. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

When she went to the bathroom, she came back saying that the sink was barely attached to the wall and needed a thorough cleaning—it looked pretty gross. Despite the cleanliness issues, our server was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as well. My buffalo chicken sandwich was dry, and my wife’s garlic steak sandwich lacked flavor. She found it quite bland and unimpressive. The beef nachos came topped with Parmesan cheese, which was confusing. Then, while the server was bringing out small containers of ranch sauce, one of them fell and spilled all over the floor. They simply wiped it up with napkins, which explains the sticky state of the floors. This all happened shortly after the restaurant opened for the day, not even during the lunch rush on a Saturday. We had issues here two years ago and thought things would have improved, but they haven’t. Save your time and money—choose another restaurant. After seeing the state of the dining area, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

Food is okay. Service depends who's working. Some workers are nicer than others. My biggest issue is the seating. Have a big area and only have 6 tables open and seating at bar. Need to open more tables. 4pm is not early and all 6 tables were full and there were more than enough workers to attend to extra tables. Should just close.
