フィードバックを提供するI was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant last week. I ordered a small cheesecake Blizzard and a small cup of ice cream, and my bill came to $13.19. After reviewing the charges, I felt that this was just too expensive!
I went there for a burger, but I wasn't informed that they weren't serving any because the kitchen hood was out of order. The poor man working there seemed overwhelmed and it took a long time to receive our order of chicken fingers. They really need to invest some money to improve this place; it looks quite run down and poorly maintained.
I give five stars to the young lady who worked on Monday night. She did an outstanding job, never complained, and maintained a clean space. We had an order for six people, and she had it ready in under 10 minutes. There was an issue with one of our items, and she apologized and quickly made us a new one. We would love to come back. This young lady deserves significant recognition for her hard work. She efficiently managed the line, no matter how busy she was or how little help she had.
On the way back from the beach to toronto I stopped here and am not happy. my daughter and I ordered some ananasblizzards and it was with a dirty mixer that had grounded, one of my daughter is allergic, so that Epi-Pens was needed. I understand that cross-contamination is happening, but the blubbards had pieces of nuts. that means it wasn't washing. When I then called to advise them, the girl on the phone told me that it is up to me to advise them about allergy (truely, that is on me), but what I have not to advise is when washing their equipment after each use. that's on them. bad costume service also on the phone. had to call three times so someone could answer. they can do better. they could also be cleaner. never again.08/12/2022 Evening
Unfortunately, during our 13 years in Keswick we have tried this location because it so close to our home quite a few times but the customer service has at best been very dry, and at worst downright rude. I don 't necessarily blame the general staff so much as this issue stems from owners/management. A small change in leadership would make this location shine.*EDIT*This place sent a generic response hoping I 'd give them another try but obviously hadn 't read my review...WE HAVE tried for almost 13 years and the service is shockingly bad and the staff are miserable including the on duty manager(s). The reginal manager needs to address this issue ad its in MANY of the reviews.
