Food is unbelievable! The service is fantastic. The best restaurant I have been to in many years. I was in this business for years. I was totally impressed. That doesn't happen often enough. Vince Chris, the owners were a delight. Rick was an absolute gem. He took care of us like family.

Very disappointed! Went with my family of ten to celebrate 2 birthdays! Owner did not have the decency to visit our table. Menu had little to choose from! Pizza oven was broken so no pizza or bruschetta?salads were disappointing as the descriptions were not accurate. Radicchio salad tasted burnt! Cesear salad was only romaine leafs without croutons or Parmesan cheese. Honestly, they say chef is from Italy, if you’re a true Italian you will be disappointed. Skip this restaurant and go to Joia!

The food is delicious and authentic, and the service is exceptional. They really make you feel like you're part of the family here.

Visited thus restaurant for the first time with my family, food was excellent, server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back again and try other items on the menu.

Instead of the usual pasta or risotto, my partner and I decided to share the lamb platter, which was phenomenal! Cooked to medium-rare perfection in a stone oven/charcoal grill, it came with asparagus, potatoes, and a sweet purée. We savored every last bite of our lamb dish. As an appetizer, we enjoyed the grilled calamari, which was also delicious. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, along with an espresso and a shot of Amaro Nonino. The prices reflect the quality of the food—you truly get what you pay for. It’s also important to note that everything on the menu is made fresh, from scratch, in-house! I can’t wait to return and try the bruschetta and the squid ink pasta! Thank you, Casa Carbone, for such a wonderful dining experience!
