Black Rabbit Pizza - Kaikoura

I tried the Veg(an) pizza and found it to be delicious and unique. The sweet chili sauce and variety of veggies were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The veggie burger was fantastic and you have the option to add vegan cheese, although we opted for no cheese. The sweet potato fries were enjoyable as well. Make sure to ask if the dips are vegan. There is also a section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian pizzas that can be made with vegan cheese for an extra charge. We didn't try any of the pizzas, but they sounded intriguing.

The atmosphere at this restaurant was very inviting and friendly. The pizza was decent and also quite large. We decided to try the vegan Margaritas, which were delicious.

Pizzas are $20 and $2 extra charge for vegan cheese, got the herbivore which was olives and sun dried and toppings were a bit sparse. Cheese and pizza not bad, did also have to wait 25 minutes even though didn’t seem that busy. Does the job if you’re hungry though

Nice friendly staff. Pizza with nice thin dough. For our taste use a little more salt but that's on the table. Vegorama is well spicy. They serve drinks with plastic straws. Due to Happy Cow regulations, extraordinary restaurants that serve not only vegan food can only receive 4*. To be fair to them, I can give here only 3*. Updated from previous review on 2022 11 24
