Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Downloaded the app and had a coupon for big zax snax meal. Ordered it to go and after waiting about 20mins, I take my food and leave. Get home and find out they forget the toast in my free meal. It's almost like they purposely leave stuff out of meals when you use a coupon as a way to make up for the money they're Losing on the coupon. Was also difficult getting waited on at the counter to get some BBQ. But they forgot the toast in my meal

Ordered 2 chicken salad sandwich meals and a side of coldslaw for take out. The only part of the order that was correct was the slaw. There was a grilled chicken sandwich meal and a regular chicken sandwich. The fries were limp and tasted old. Was very disappointed.

We've always favored Zaxby's for fried chicken craves. Haven't been since well before the c19 plandemic..and...as with everything in these dystopian times, prices have increased but the value is still there. Recommended!Parking: Two handicap parking spots.

This used to be our go to Zaxbys. Not so much any more ? Ordered original chicken sandwich, think it was left over from yesterday disgusting. Sweet tea?? Man we r n the south what came through that window would make northerners frown. Didn't order meal but got paid for one, not seasoning anywhere. Every one can make a mistake, but already gave them their one. Disgusting!!!!

Personally I love it here everytime but my fiancee has a bad experience every time he either gets sick they forget something of his or give him something wrong. Boys loved it we took it for a quick bite before going to play. Fast service but NOT a fan of them trying to do like chick FIL a I prefer to order at the menu and not be put on the spot but she was super sweet just personally hate that
