This pizza place has the potential to either make the pizza of your dreams or your nightmares. As a vegan, finding a good pizza spot is a necessity for me. I prefer to purchase from a restaurant where the quality surpasses what I could create myself. Scratch Brick has some fantastic employees who know how to make a delicious vegan pizza. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of turnover, so if the new staff are not as skilled or attentive, the pizza may end up dry and lacking in flavor, despite clear instructions. It's a shame because I used to order from here every week. Make sure to check your pizza before leaving, and if it's not up to par, don't hesitate to ask for the manager and provide feedback.

Make sure to carefully check your pizza before leaving, and if you're not satisfied, don't hesitate to speak to the manager and request a remake.

The restaurant offers fantastic artisan pizza and is operated by incredibly friendly staff. They offer a variety of sauces and breads to choose from. Each visit is a unique experience, and I highly recommend trying the Trust or Limited Trust pizza - you won't be disappointed! The atmosphere is retro, complete with a working turntable and a selection of albums for customers to choose from. While they don't serve beer or wine, they do offer unique offbrand sodas. Outdoor seating is available for pleasant weather. Parking is limited, so be prepared to park a block or two away and walk to the restaurant.
