Excellent. A new concept for me. So much to choose from.

One of my favorite spots to get an amazing shaved ice with many toppings. The texture of the ice is great and the toppings are always fresh. They also have soo many flavors and toppings. I have come to love the honeydew snow cone with a scoop of vanilla with fresh pineapple, strawberries and coconut flakes! Its so refreshing and delicious.

I haven’t been in here in a while. Love the place use to come in all the time. but today the service was so slow. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a cup and it took almost 25 minutes to get it. They were not that busy either.

I am a Kingsport resident, but no matter what if I'm in Johnson City my husband and I have to go to Sam's! I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes about a year ago and having so many sugar free options is honestly the biggest life saver ever. I would be a dead man without this wonderful oasis in a sugar free desert. Also, they have like endless flavors? It's kinda crazy.

Quaint little place but you need a tall sign!!! First time going and was ok. Sf pink bb gun isn't my fave and no fluff on that again, it was rock hard. Next I'm trying granny Smith apples with pb sauce. Yum.
