Fantastic! This was a new experience for me, and I was impressed by the wide variety of choices available.

One of my favorite places to grab delicious shaved ice with a variety of toppings. The ice has a fantastic texture, and the toppings are always fresh. They offer an extensive selection of flavors and toppings. I've really come to enjoy the honeydew snow cone topped with a scoop of vanilla, fresh pineapple, strawberries, and coconut flakes! It's incredibly refreshing and delightful.

I haven't visited this place in a while, and I've always loved it; I used to come here all the time. However, today the service was incredibly slow. I ordered a single scoop of ice cream in a cup, and it took nearly 25 minutes to arrive, even though they weren't very busy.

I am a Kingsport resident, but no matter what if I'm in Johnson City my husband and I have to go to Sam's! I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes about a year ago and having so many sugar free options is honestly the biggest life saver ever. I would be a dead man without this wonderful oasis in a sugar free desert. Also, they have like endless flavors? It's kinda crazy.

Quaint little place but you need a tall sign!!! First time going and was ok. Sf pink bb gun isn't my fave and no fluff on that again, it was rock hard. Next I'm trying granny Smith apples with pb sauce. Yum.
