Wendy's - Jacksonville

I always love the food when I visit this place. Unfortunately, today the chicken in the $5 for 5 deal was really dry and hard, both in the chicken sandwich and the nuggets. It seemed like the chicken wasn't fresh; I couldn't even finish half of my meal. I usually don't like to complain, but it was disappointing to have such an experience at one of my favorite restaurants.

The food was average today. My bun was a bit stale, but the iced tea was nice and cold. It's still a favorite spot for me and my kids. Kid-friendliness: My daughters prefer their chicken nuggets over those from other places. They have a self-serve soda machine with a wide variety of options, which the kids absolutely love.

The atmosphere is absolutely delightful, making it a comfortable spot for both kids and adults. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I really appreciate the extensive selection of drinks available, and I love that they offer free refills.

Envy's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident as they handled multiple tasks and maintained a positive attitude throughout.Their ability to provide exceptional service despite the staffing limitations truly speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly commend Skylar and Envy for their outstanding service in the face of staffing challenges. The staff is very kind, and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere of it all is very comfortable for anyone. I love going here.
