Fried Okra was brown, still served it. Chicken fried steak was supposed to be Wagyu beef, was way over cooked, like a common cube steak. Brussel sprouts were flash fried and soy sauce put on them.. That Kobe ribeye was the absolute best steak I've ever had in my life! Perfectly cooked, the fat was still soft and I could taste the flame it was cooked on. Fantastic!
