Canyon Breeze At Red Mountain Resort

The restaurant features a handy side counter/shop with ready-made meals like sandwiches, which was perfect for when I needed a snack between meals. While I can't recall everything I tried, the cauliflower steak with tomatoes was incredibly tasty, and both my steak with fries and the salmon with lentils were delightful as well. Don’t skip the brownie—it’s so good you won’t even notice that it's gluten-free! Also, the cauliflower appetizer is definitely worth trying, though be warned that the peppers pack some heat. Plus, the outdoor patio is really beautiful and tranquil, adding to the overall dining experience.

First time at this restaurant was very impressed with the food! Our server told us they have a new Chef... and he clearly knows what he is doing! The dish was not simply delicious but had layers and depth of flavor I didn't expect to ever find in St George, Utah. I can't wait to go back (despite the service needing help). Beautiful ambience, staff and beautiful and delicious food. The day we visited (Saturday early November) was a BBQ buffet. Started with the beautiful salad bar (so many possibilities). Next to the various BBQ meat, the German potato salad was exceptionally good. To it from the peanut butter chocolate dessert squares were the bomb. So a beautiful place in a local area to enjoy a very good meal.

Oh my goodness! The service is impeccable. The food is melt in your mouth! I brought my in laws , who are foodies they were blown away! They said that this was the best food they have had in St. George area. Highly recommended!
