Irmita's Casita Mexican - St. George

It was a very busy time. We finally got our takeout and went home. I was so disappointed that my pork enchiladas had hardly any rice with it and very little beans as well which were very watery . This is a great little place to eat. Most of the food I would give 3 stars, so you have to try their 5 star enchiladas. They have all these different sauces and flavors. Suizas is a solid choice, but you won’t be disappointed with any other options as far as enchiladas go. We love sitting outside under the tree in spring or fall. Parking: Just be careful parking and pulling out in the dark. There are no street lights over the parking area. Kid-friendliness: Not especially kid friendly, but not bad for kids. Mine are 6-11. If you have younger kids, just know it’s a small restaurant and the tables are close together. The absolute BEST chicken fajitas! The seasoning was perfect, the flour tortillas were delicious! And the beans and rice, I could eat every single day. Just delicious and I was sad when my meal was done. Definitely a spot to hit every time we are in St. George! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love this little place! The food is great quality and authentic mexican food. We tried three dishes today.. the enchiladas, the casadillas and the fajitas... all were authentic and excellent. The service was friendly and amazingly fast. Irmita's has certainly stepped up their game. Their menu is huge too... lots to choose from.

The restaurant has been in business since 1993. They offered many classic Mexican dishes. The food had great flavor and came just as ordered. The staff was also very pleasant.
