Miyako Japanese - Hollister

The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Katsu chicken; it's incredibly crispy, and the accompanying sauce is delightful. Our server was very attentive, answered all of our questions since it was our first visit, and made excellent recommendations for everyone.

Quick service, tasty food, and the staff are friendly and dedicated. It's also very accommodating for babies and toddlers.

I can't stop thinking about the octopus and mackerel sashimi available here, and it comes with a side of rice. They're also about to serve hot tea soon. The ambiance is pleasant and has a charming older vibe, situated in a strip mall that's conveniently close to my hotel. I also ordered a spicy tuna roll, and everything was excellent!

Edible and polite service but honestly disappointing sushi, overpriced, and more effort is needed with the space itself. Will likely not return.

In town for a mini family getaway and came across this sushi place after we got turned away from Akira in Santa Cruz. Super quiet and relaxing vibe. Got serviced right away. Ladies were very attentive and nice. Sushi and Udan were super delicious. If you're in town and craving something light, and flavorful try this place out.
