Kfc - Hollister

Brenda is the friendliest employee at the restaurant; she always gives me compliments when I go through the drive-thru. I even left her a $20 tip last time. She's a wonderful person with a strong work ethic and truly deserves a raise. The chicken is fantastic, thanks to the skilled cooks!

Our DoorDash driver was fantastic! Unfortunately, KFC didn’t match the same level of service. It wasn’t terrible, but what happened to the biscuits? They were like biting into a hockey puck—so dense and lacking flavor. They used to be really good, but these were just disappointing.

The food was good and served hot, but I wish there had been a couple more pieces of chicken. Inflation is really having an impact.

We ordered an eight piece chicken bucket and it was delicious.

The service here is friendly and quick, yet handled with care. The staff maintain a clean environment in the areas I observed. The food tastes fresh, unlike other places where it seems like meals have been sitting in the freezer for days or even years. You won’t get any unpleasant flavors or overly greasy dishes here, which is a common issue at other fast food restaurants in the area. In my opinion, KFC stands out among the rest. Keep up the great work, KFC! It truly shows!
