Hooters - Hattiesburg

I love Hooters and have been to several locations, but this one is by far the worst. I've visited three times, and I can confidently say I won't be returning. There are far too many negative aspects to list, but the last experience really stood out—there were rotten tomatoes on my salad, and the entire berry assortment was apparently frozen. The waitresses were great, but the management could use a lot of improvement.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; I waited 15 minutes just to be seated, even though it wasn't busy at all. It was my birthday, and I provided them with my code for the wings, but they told me to give it to them after the meal. After waiting over an hour for my meal, I found out they couldn't redeem the code. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied.

Food was very slow coming out and wasn't that busy, when I did get the wings they tasted like they been sitting out and reheated. Won't be back

Literally, it looks like the business is closing. All the beer on tap is flat, and there is no leadership happening. Customers near me asked the bar tender if the beer was “flat”, the bar tender said “well if you don’t like it then WHAT DO YOU WANT DEN”….close it down. You’d save more money in the long run than keeping this store open here in Hattiesburg, Ms

This location is an embarrassment to the brand, the name, and the organization.Ownership evidently spends no money on maintenance or upgrades, I get better service and food from a food truck and you have to battle gnats to drink at the bar
