Half Shell Oyster House - Hattiesburg

This place was great! It was mine and my girlfriend's first time there and both of us love it! Our waitress was great, never let our drinks get empty. The food came out fast to and it was so delicious!! Everything was clean and very well taken care of. We will definitely be back!!

Second time eating here in 2 days mahi tacos were great and I loved the fried green tomatoes. Very reasonable prices, staff were attentive without being too much, service was prompt. Great experience both times

Consistently good. I've ate at quite a few of the Half Shell locations. They never disappoint. We had half shell oysters and crab claws as appetizers. They were both delicious. Fried oysters as my main. I requested they be fried crispy and they were perfect.

We drove on the way from Florida and this place came on Trip Advisor as good for seafood. We went at 3:00 so we beat the crowd. The service was excellent from the hostess to our Caleigh server. We had 1 Oyster Sampler and 1/2 doz Charbroiled Oysters to decide what we would eat further. All the oysters were tall and came from St. Bernard Parish, LA. They were all good, but the Oysters Rockefeller I had better. The scratched greens were excellent!! We went to the Charbroiled Oysters for seconds, as they were the best. We really enjoyed the food and recommend this place very much.

The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Kristin the bartender was unbelievable and her recommendation was spot on. The Red Fish Orleans is now my favorite entree. I'll be back soon.
