Despite being very busy and short-staffed, the restaurant staff remained friendly and provided great customer service. The food was fresh and delicious, as always. I ordered takeout for dinner and the price per person was between $30-50. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.

I ordered the Zalad and it didn't live up to the hype. The service was for takeout, and it was for dinner. The price per person was $10-20. The food received a rating of 2, while the service and atmosphere were rated 3. There is plenty of parking available and it is free in the parking lot.

The food was mediocre. It's definitely not worth waiting 23 minutes for 3 salads! The service was lacking as well. This was a takeout dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Overall, the food received a rating of 3 while the service only got a 1.

I dont understand why your restaurant cannot walk the on line orders out to the rack. We are forced to wait in the slow lines, and finally ask the order taker if he could please look at the order that has been sitting on the counter behind him getting stone cold while you wait. This evening is the third time it has happened. Another customer was having the same problem besides me. We need to walk in, pick up the food and leave. We also need management to place prep personnel that enjoy salads in charge of making them or inspecting them. For the price, it should be made properly, with the correct items, and look good, not something half full, turned up side down. Management please manage.
