Great property!!! Stayed 2021 2022. Favorite place when I'm in Florence or Hartsville. Especially like the cleanliness (no bugs), continental breakfast bags full breakfast w/partner location across the street, and amazing staff!!! Also, there's a restaurant right across from the property, other places to visit nearby, and the rooms are large NICE! I look forward to staying again!!!!!! Worst trip ever! I have never been so disappointed. The sheets on the bed looked like they had been slept in. The staff was never anywhere to be found. We had no clean towels and the water was lukewarm at best. I don’t know if it is the staff or the change in the management but we will not be back! To make matters worse, our children were bit by bedbugs and the staff didn’t even offer a resolution! When we did speak to someone for the hotel, their comment when we walked off about being tired of “our people” was more than I could take. The hotel needs a new manager and a non-racist staff. I would have given this hotel 5 stars however there was only one major problem. BED BUGS!!! My family and I were in town for the weekend and we heard about this place through a mutual party. Great customer service and spotless rooms until waking up to bits. I made front desk aware and hope they fix the problem asap. Rooms: 2 Service: 5 Location: 5
