Food was good but very poor customer service. Wait time was well over an 1 1/2 hours, plus the extra service charge for using a credit card was not made clear at anytime. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

This was an unpleasant experience. We were a party of 8 with reservations and the restaurant was closed when we arrived. The food took an hour and 45 minutes. An hour after we ordered the waitress told us 2 of our orders were no longer available. We went to pay and one of the checks was wrong. She went to correct it and did not void the first check entirely and could not explain the difference. We asked to speak to a manager at least five times and the request was denied. I have been in the service business and never have a customer been treated with such disrespect. Good food does not make up for poor customer care.

Our meal was DELICIOUS! Our server was very attentive and friendly! We were so glad that we celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant.
