Little Caesars Pizza - Hartselle

Just go to Pizza Hut or buy a frozen pizza. Drove 40 minutes to pick up a 65.00 order for our daughter, waited 30 minutes after the pick-up time we were given, the order was completely wrong. I didn't know what she ordered and depended on them getting it right. Big mistake.

I came through the drive thru to get my mobile order tonight. Instead of my pepperoni pizza, they gave me a cheese pizza. No one answered the phones and i couldn't return the pizza because my toddler already started eating it. Not sure how cheese can be mistaken for pepperoni.

We ordered a brownie with our food. Never received it. Pizza was cold, stuffed breadsticks were disgusting, and they use Doordash to deliver, which is a terrible mistake. Please, do your self a favor and buy a frozen pizza at the grocery store. It would be better and less trouble.

Drove all the way up there because they wouldn?t answer the phone. We get there and the extremely rude woman at the register, no greeting, nothing, just a glare? We tried to order a sausage and nope, out of sausage. Had you bothered to answer the phone, we wouldn?t have bothered to drive up there. First and last time at this Little Caesar?s.

I ordered an extra most sausage from here and it had 4 pieces of sausage per piece, hardly extra most anything. Plus I called an ordered it so it would be fresh and arrived 9 minutes later and received 1 that had been made earlier that was barely warm. The store Manager Tyler then preceeded to talked to me like I was bothering him/her about it. People have no pride in there work anymore.
