Juicebar-ptc - Hampton

Hubby and I went and we loved our green machine. so pathetic. we can't expect to go back and try more. the dame in the register seemed new, but the other dame seemed more responsible and knew something more about everything she also gave us a time over all the advantages of juicing.

Great service! I went in not knowing exactly what I had previously had at another juice bar and they were there to help figure out what drink I had. I had a Beet It and it was delicious! It was a warm welcoming environment and a great knowledgeable experience. I'll definitely be back regularly!

I have been to this location about 3 times. Love the juices and smoothies I have tried thus far. I was greeted right away upon my arrival each time. There was one occasion where I waited a little longer than I should have had to for juice (with there only being one customer in the store besides myself).The employee did apologize for my wait.

This place is okay. If it’s ever opened. Every time I come here they’re closed. They open late and close early. The sign says they close at 8pm but google says 9pm. I’ve gone there around 7p or 730p they’re closed. I’d would go there everyday day before I work out but I can’t because they’re closed. I went there once and it was okay. But it’s a smoothie shop I’m not expecting a lot just good quick service (which I received) and a tasty snack. My complaint is they’re not opened during the times the advertise. I want to get a smoothie in Hampton and not have to drive all the way to Newport News. When my home and gym are so close.

Smoothies are ok. In my opinion they need to learn the SMOOTH part in SMOOTHIES. I’ve been twice, both times ice chunks! Customer service is bad. Took the girls 12 mins to give me one smoothie bowl. No refunds or exchanges, and they rung my order up wrong. Had to go back in forth with these girls. Girl with red hair is rude and slow. Darkskin younger looking one does not know how to work a register. Save your money go the juice bar in uptown.
