Took it to holiday dinner and found that one was open and it tasted horrible, couldn't drink it.Brought it back to where we bought it and talked to manager, explained what happened and showed receipt from phone, she asked where the labels we're on the bottles, and I said that's how we got them.So she said she had a problem because of the no labeling and refused to return, I explained what a great Christian-based store where I was basically called a liar.I said the 14.00 wasn't worth arguing with her and asked for District managers info, she gave me a paper with 800 check fill a on it.I told her she could dispose of her tea and she quipped you throw it away.So I called the corporate office and explained and also explained how Tina the manager told us to go ahead and call ut will just come back to the store.So corporate noted that and asked for the owner to call me back. The message intercepted by Tina who called me back to now, inform me of a return of funds.I again asked for owner, again called corporate to inform them MR.Perry doesn't seem to care to return calls and Tina intercepts complaints on herself.Now I see all these negative reviews on Mr. Perry's store, so I guess Mr. Perry along with corporate do not care about customers. I also asks to speak to CEO’s secratery to inform him of the way the represent his Christian-based stores.If there going to act like the rest, open Sundays and stop pretending
Chick-fil-A is always amazing but they do need to do better with pre making the chicken sandwiches I know they do it to be able to keep the demand going but each chicken sandwich to come out hot it's been several times that I noticed that my chicken patty was not warm do better Chick-fil
I will preface my recent experience by saying, I have never had an issue with Chick-fil-A or their customer support. With that being said, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. On November 7th, I ordered a Cobb salad from this location to take to work. Once I started eating the meal I noticed not ONE but TWO live bugs in my salad. I immediately called the location (which is just a recording) and left a voice mail. Waited 48 hours for someone to reach out from the store then called the customer care/corporate line and was told that the matter would be escalated and to wait 3-5 business days. After calling corporate for the 2nd time, we are now 10 days post the initial incident and all I wanted was my refund, but now I have to write Google reviews.
Cannot wait for the peppermint shake! Always a good attitude and a positive atmosphere.Spicy sandwich was a bit much for me. But my spice tolerance is low.
It tasted good. I love that they gave me mustard. I would not come back if they didn't have mustard. Thank you for the mustard Chick Fil A!!
