Firehouse Subs Grovetown

First off they were out of pickles ughhhh that's the best part. Second it was like subway tge bread was not fresh and it was soggy. I also got the Mac and cheese and we'll I could have made it better. So I tried it but won't go again.

Very disappointed by my first experience at this point. My lower part was wrong. I called immediately and was told the next time that they would make a remake. When I went to do the remake, I was told that it was over the 2-week mark and they would not complete the order (I heard NIE from such a thing, especially if I had my reception and the name of the employees). Anyway, I called companies and was sure someone would call from the store. Since that time, two MORE WEEKS HAVE PASSED!!! I need another call. Oh, good. I hope others have a more pleasant experience. They have lost some customers behind this so-called 2-week policy of theirs.

I've visited this restaurant five times before writing this review, and each time I've been extremely satisfied with my dinner. I'll be back more often for sure. Delicious and fresh!

I ordered an Italian sub with everything on it, which you would expect to be straightforward. However, it came without lettuce, tomato, or cheese—just ham, salami, and bread. I was shocked! When I got to the restaurant, I noticed that other customers' orders were also incorrect. I really hope they manage to sort things out and stop being so distracted in the back.
