The staff was great, especially Law who was fantastic!!!

Kids not taking there job seriously. Not focus or listening to customers.

Ice cream are always fresh and taste wonderful, however they always seem to be short staffed.

First time visiting, and they did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere very nice service and of course GREAT ICE CREAM! A must try!

This location used to be the better location to visit in the CSRA, however the service has declined. The line was to the door and the manager last-name “Vu” just socialized with a woman at the front of the line whom had not even paid yet. He even had out his personal device while people were waiting to order. The other two staff members were working hard but there ended up being a bunch of people waiting to pay behind this lady because he didn’t ring her up. By the time I got out of the door, Ice cream was leaking out of the top of the container and down my arm. Kudos to the other staff members, they were doing their best. Also, the sign on the counter doesn’t reflect well on leadership here. The “if you can do it better, then you work here” attitude is not a pleasant way to welcome customers.
