フィードバックを提供するPreview; construction and storage updates have done nothing for the service. Now that the construction is completed, we have tried to refurbished wendy’s. the manager was great to tell others what to do, but not his team led. grumpy coworkers when missing items are requested. overall disappointing experience.
The one on 10th is faster and cleaner. 3 people in the restaurant and nobody taking orders. Horrible place to go. Corporate really needs to shut this one down. -1 stars
Messed up my burger twice, had my friend go in who was very nice about it. I work in fast food too so I’m never mean to other workers, they were very rude to him and remade my burger the exact same way they made it when he told them it was incorrect. Literally if your food was messed up on your 30 minute break you’d want it remade. The attitude was so unnecessary like we would all be upset getting incorrect food from anywhere.
It's always there when you need it. Food is usually good and the service has always been decent
Went through the drive thru, me and my big family take an extra minute to order and get helped out. Wasn't rushed, understood everything super clearly. Constructive criticism: writing the item on bag or wrapper would've been awesome and didn't take very long to do.
