The Mad Cow - Greeley

I end up at the Mad Cow at least once every time I come to town. The service and the food is always amazing!!

What a great idea, a restaurant specializing in great soups and sandwiches As simple as this sounds, how many places near you have this specialty.

Friendly service and delicious food! Our favorite is the Prime Rib Dip, which is very flavorful as is the Auj Jus it comes with. It's: shaved prime rib, cola caramelized onions, horseradish aioli Swiss. The Reuben is highly recommended by friends, as well as Thursday night's Prime Rib dinner night. A variety of sandwiches and salads and many other choices sure to please everyone. Come to Greeley: head downtown and enjoy a variety of things to do, eat, drink, shop for and be entertained!

Hello everyone it 's Food Guy checking out food here and there. I have a very mixed review for this restaurant. I 'm sorry to say the stars will not be high. This restaurant is very deceiving from the busy road that runs in front. From first glance you read the name on the window and think hey that looks like a restaurant that would serve some steak 's (NOT) No steak 's no Burger 's definitely not what the sign says The Cow ...Yes there is a prime rib dinner for over 30.00 dollar 's or a dinner for 2 around 80.00 dollar 's. Now it 's not to say the sandwich that I got did not have good flavor, it was very tasty but not plentiful and definitely not worth the price for deli turkey on sourdough. Or a very small deli French dip. Subway has a bigger sandwich than that. I will say the service was very good and fast, but good service is just part of the equation. This place is a very overpriced neighborhood bar. So if your looking for a ok sandwich and a cocktail this place will do just fine. If you looking for a good dinner establishment then don 't go here.
