Domino's Pizza - Granite City

Ordered our pizza and when I went to pick it up they had just put the pizza in the oven. In total I waited an hour for the pizza to be done and when I got it it was barely edible. I understand being busy and understaffed but this was ridiculous. We ordered Brooklyn style and it came out cracker thin and it had no cheese!

Ordered pickup and they were fast, courteous and our food was just as expected.

I arrived 30 mins after me order was place. The time said 20-29 minutes. We sat at the pickup window for over 5 minutes while employees walked past several times and just looked at us. We even tapped our horn, which was also ignored. When someone finally came to the window, he told us that our order would be 40 more minutes. We went home to wait, and the tracker said it was complete. We drove all the way back and waited at the window for another 10 minutes for them to tell us that they were just now putting the pizza in the oven.Ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Fast pickup this location even has a drive thru for pickup.

So, we ordered two subs and a loaded tots, from the domino 's on Madison Avenue, about 5:30. When we ordered it said about a 50 minute wait. It is now 7:39 and I just got off the phone with them. I was informed it would be another 2 hour wait before it could be delivered. I was also informed that we are still at the bottom of the list, as though they have not received any orders since ours. When I asked the manager about that, her response was that she didn 't know if there were more orders, but that we are still the bottom of the list. The manager was nothing but excuses and attitude. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. A four hour wait is unbelievable.
