We were a party of 15 and almost didn't eat here because of their bad rating, but decided when they said they could take us. We sat immediately and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our expectations were low, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and drinks. Everything was delicious and cooked for perfection. The menu has many variety. The alcoholic drinks were strong. I don't understand why they only have a 2.8 rating, but I would encourage fellow travelers not to let them eat here. The only negative I have to say is the prices are somewhat high, but comparable to the other restaurants nearby. It is located directly on the road from the Grand Canyon so that this can be expected. I would definitely recommend this place to others and eat here myself again!

Good place to eat. The service was crisp. Interesting half family style and half individual menu. Basically, every adult who orders a meal from the Entree menu shares a large salad and bread basket and gets a baker and corn every; but children or other get individual meals with their own pages. A steakhouse never did it like that. In everything it was pretty okay, but not guarantee 5 stars because it wasn't great either.
