Pizza Hut - Gilmer

We love going out for pizza, and this is one of the best places to dine in or take out.

The second time, a young man delivered our order and was polite and punctual. The third time, however, I had another unpleasant experience with a young lady who had blue hair. She was quite rude and again, the delivery was late. It was truly disheartening; I almost wanted to ask her if something terrible had happened to her. Now, my husband prefers to go to the restaurant in person to order and wait for our food. The staff there is wonderful, especially in the afternoon. The male manager keeps everything running smoothly and the atmosphere is so much friendlier. While I do not recommend the delivery service, visiting the restaurant in person definitely enhances the experience.

I’ve experienced some delays with my orders due to double deliveries, sometimes receiving my food 20-30 minutes after I was notified it was on its way, despite being only 4.5 miles from the store. Aside from that, the food and service are quite good.

The first time I've ever ordered since they opened. decided to deliver my food because I was at work and I couldn't go. I like you don't have to pay a certain amount to get it delivered like pizza hat. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it came in time and the deliveryman was very polite. The chicken Alfredo was so good! You must have my business.

Placed a $42.00 order, an hour later, no pizza. Called, apparently the order wasn't picked up for delivery. They said, the order would be free and delivered asap. Another hour later, now 2hrs, no pizza. Called, apparently they tried to call the wrong number when delivering. Told I would get the same $42 order for free the next time we order. If we do, I'll change my review. Right now though, no pizza poor review.
