Absolutely the worst place in Gilmer to eat. The staff are the most disrespectful and hateful employees I have ever seen in this town. Do not eat there. If they mess your order up it’s your fault. Then they will lie and say they will fix it and will not. The manager is a liar the counter staff act like you’re bothering them. Edit: since response from schlotzsky’s owner below. I’m not wasting my time going to your website, and I promise you I will never eat at any schlotzsky’s. I wouldn’t eat there if the food was free for a year. I waited until the 3rd time I had an issue with this store before I even posted this review. Plain and simple don’t eat there. Typical gaslight response.

Probably one of the cleanest establishments my family has been to. The staff was friendly, attentive and the food was great!

I had an extremely bad food quality issue with my order. It was an issue beyond the restaurant's control. The acting manager Samantha was very concerned, and made everything right to the best of her ability. Thank you Samantha for your professionalism.

The food is consistently excellent, but I wouldn't recommend the ham on the salad; it tends to come in cubes and isn’t very appealing. Everything else is always well-prepared and made to perfection. Just be mindful of the prices, as it's easy to accidentally overspend on your order.
