Olive Garden Italian - Georgetown

We sat for 30 minutes watching people get seated and served immediately while all the waiters ignored us. Needless to say, we left.Id give zero stars if it was an option.

Took forever to be waited on then took forever to get breadsticks,salad and soup we didn't get to finish enjoy salad and soup before our meal was already to our table.Waitress seemed confused lost and overwhelmed.We'll never return to Georgetown location again staff wasn't very welcoming nor friendly.Round Rock location Rocks great service everyone is very smiley and friendly.Very welcoming and with a thank you!!

Be ready to be greeted, seated, and then forgotten about. We have gone here on several occasions and each time, the wait staff is very nice and helpful at first as you are seated then the delays and delays and delays begin. The salad comes out fairly quickly but it takes much much longer for the entrees to come out. Just last weekend, we were reseated because a large group came in and wanted to sit together so off we go to another table and were completely forgotten about as the wait staff focused exclusively on the large group. Why do we continue to go here? The saving grace is the food is good but you'd better allow no less than 2 2 1/2 hours for the visit. Also, wear comfortable shoes because you will have to get up and track down your server to get your check! Diners: beware!!

Food was on point as usual. This time was food with a movie perfect. Most definitely a plus.

Our wait was short. The server was a little spacey, he forgot a few things. However, he was a nice guy with a good spirit. My steak needed to be sent back, it was a bit off from medium well. The pasta fagioli was late coming to the table, we had to ask for it as we were about halfway through our meal and it was watered down. It was not my best experience at this restaurant.
