フィードバックを提供するThe corn is overcooked, the meatloaf tastes like dog food, and the steamed broccoli tastes like it has been sitting out all day. The ham is dry and overall the meal is very disappointing. I paid $60 for this meal and have had military rations that tasted better. No wonder this place is empty, it's a surprise they are still in business. Additionally, they bagged my meal without asking me.
My order was supposed to be ready at 3:22 pm, but it wasn't given to me until 4:02 pm and there were 9 other people waiting for their orders. The staff was unprofessional and confused with the orders. The restaurant was not clean and I suspect the manager, a white short guy, was disrespectful. The place needs better organization. The food was not good quality, particularly the salad which had a bad smell. I believe the restaurant should be closed until a new management team takes over and makes improvements.
I have been coming to this BOSTON MARKET for years. The food is wonderful and the manager is a kind person who is especially considerate towards those who are unemployed. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.
I've never seen a load like that before. I have made my order for the Thanksgiving holiday. when I was there at 14:16, the load was already packed. the lady, the people in review was a lost cause. total lack of communication. then they began to fight with people who had waited for at least one hour to get their orders. I was still there where the three hours later promise that my order will be done now. after three hours waiting I asked to cancel my order and repay. Of course, I was still accused of not paying for something I didn't get. be careful when they order from this place. they are very unprofessional
They don’t deserve one star, but I’m forced to give them at least one in order to leave a review. This evening 10/16/21 we bought a few side dishes to make dinner a little easier tonight. As my daughter was scooping some mashed potatoes onto her plate she noticed something in the mashed potatoes, it was some sort of broken nail or a broke large staple.As soon as my daughter brought it to my attention, I took the mashed potatoes back up there and demanded to speak to the manager. Told her what happened, she didn’t seem very concerned, wasn’t very apologetic, but did give us a a refund.There’s a 0% chance we’ll ever give them our business again! SMH
