Meson De Andres - Fuengirola

My mother and sister live in Fuengirola, I have an apartment there and I've visited 50 times (more), yet never eaten at Meson Andres. That's a miss that won't happen again. The food was spectacular, as was the service. You'll need a reservation. They have a live Lobster tank where you pick your meal for the night. We started with Oysters, then had some Jamon Iberico, then a Corvina Ceviche that was unbelievable, then Lamb Chops and Octopus yes we ate a lot, and everything was brilliant. Our server was Morris, from UK, who was great helpful, friendly, great advice and very efficient. We will return.

Meson de Andres is conceniently located in the heart of Fuengirola and is traditionasl Spanish Steak House. However, it offers also some seafood we got one of the best tuna steaks here! Their vine list is good and theeir recommendations are worth of following when you want to pair your food with suitable vine. This is a family owned business with very friendly personnel. I have tried their steaks and also the tune fish and can recommend very warmly both.

Disappointing visit, was very much looking forward to this night out. Table booked for 8.30, we were done dusted with starters main course by 9.20. Table location disappointing remote corner no atmosphere. We had pre booked so not walk in. Starters were good fish main course disappointing practically raw cod fillet. Should have sent it back to the kitchen. Lamb main floating in gravy. No complaints about waiter service, attentive professional. Just disappointing.

Todo lo que hemos cenado estaba delicioso. Los camareros son muy atentos y el restaurante estaba lleno, eso ya es todo decir. Muy satisfechos!

La atención de todo el personal es magnífica, están súper atentos en todo momento para que no falte nada. Para comer pedimos las patatas trufadas con huevo, el entrecot y la pluma, todo buenísimo y en su punto, las verduras que acompañan la carne están al punto y muy buenas de sabor, pero tengo que destacar el pimiento rojo que me pareció un sabor muy rico y súper potente y el postre de mil hojas con chocolates increíble, te deja sin palabras. Lo recomiendo 100%, volveremos pronto.
