Arby's - Franklin

Service was way to slow. An employee from Walmart came in on her break ordered and got her food in about 5 minutes or less while several of us had been waiting for 15-20 minutes if not longer for our food. I was told this person had ordered ahead of time. That’s a lie. If this is so, why did she have to wait in line and order just like we did? How come Arby’s can’t give senior discounts? Sometimes they can sometimes they can’t. If I had been by myself I would have demanded my money back. Oh by the way, I got a free cookie, big deal. A free meal would have been better.

Food was pretty good. Diablo fries..were good but hot!! Friendly staff. Tables need a bit more attention. But overall was a good visit.

The new rib sandwich and brisket sandwich didn't taste good at all. I will stick to the beef and cheddar. One young man at the front counter was drinking a Dr pepper out of the bottle and he never washed his hands. He clocked in, put on his shirt, drainedhis drink and started taking orders.
