Papa John's - Fox Lake

Love their pizza, I almost ate the entire pizza ;0) it so delicious, my opinion entirely!

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza for $18, and it was delivered! I added extra garlic sauce, and the service was excellent.

I don't understand why this Papa John's has such a low rating. They are far better than any other location in the area and even outshine many other pizzerias. The pizzas they make are delicious, with toppings evenly distributed. The crust is cooked perfectly, too. While it may take a bit longer when they’re busy, I’d rather wait for a good pizza.

Fast forward about ten years, and with the incredible coupons mentioned earlier, we’ve started ordering from them almost every week, sometimes even twice a week! The transformation is astonishing—it's like we never should have stopped ordering. The service is always timely, and online ordering is so convenient. We can track our orders and know exactly when to head to the store for pick-up. We've had no issues whatsoever since returning. We haven't faced winter conditions yet this season, so we’ll see about the sidewalks. The best part is the food! The pizzas and other items we've tried have been absolutely delightful—some of the best fast food and pizza I've ever had. The pizzas are loaded with ingredients, giving you great value for your money. The flavors are so delicious, no matter what we choose. Our only concern is that once the coupons expire, we won’t be able to order as frequently due to cost. Since I've had four major medical issues recently, we have to be careful with our spending, but I hope signing up for their emails will yield more coupon offers. These are some of the best deals I’ve seen from similar stores. The current staff at the Grayslake location has formed a fantastic team. We've had no issues, aside from one time when we didn’t receive the garlic butter that usually comes with the pizza, which wasn’t a big deal. We understand that many restaurants are struggling with staffing challenges, and this location may be facing the same. I just wanted to express how impressed my family is with this place. We don’t often give such rave reviews about pizza places, but the Grayslake location truly deserves it. I’m sure other Papa John's locations are just as good. Before this, we lived in Wisconsin, and that location was also very good 12 years ago. We had stopped ordering from Grayslake because of the poor service and management issues, but now, thanks to the current staff and the enticing coupons, we’ve given it another chance—and it’s been worth it! P.S. You can keep using the coupons when ordering online, which is great. Our pizza is almost ready, so it’s time to eat dinner! I only deducted one star because our previous experiences were so bad that we completely stopped ordering from all locations. For the current Grayslake location, though, they deserve an A+! I highly recommend Papa John's for a quick and excellent pizza experience.
