Wendy's - Fort Wayne

The service was quick, and the Sprite tasted just like Sprite should. However, the negatives are hard to overlook: the building looked as if it had been drenched in grease. The hamburger was dry, cold, and rather unappetizing. The fries were warm but lacked any real flavor, and the nuggets would serve better as dog treats. It's time to shut this place down before it’s too late.

I love Wendy's—it's my favorite fast food restaurant. However, there's always something off about it. The place is frequently dirty, the staff can be rude, and the wait times are incredibly long. More often than not, I have to double-check my order because it's usually incorrect.

I placed my order online, and it took an extra 30 minutes to be prepared. When I arrived, they hadn’t started on my order until after a mistake was identified on the ticket. Meanwhile, many customers came in to address issues with their own orders, which slowed down the process even more.

My family tends to eat later in the evening and every time they have never baked carrots. another thing is that my father always orders a Hamburger level and never fails that they could put on how hard it is, a simple hamburger pattie on a bungalow with no cheese! not happy with this business
