Blaze Pizza - Fort Wayne

This is our favorite restaurant chain. The food is always amazing. This place didn't disappoint. The person who cut the pizza was pretty lost and nobody could understand him, but he was polite. You have half pizzas for kids now.

That's the second time we were here. The first time was very slow. We wanted to give him a second attempt to see if things improved. At 7:00. There were 5 workers in the store and 6 people in front of us. Of the 5 workers, 2 workers made about 60% of work... Of the other 3 employees, one seemed to hide in the back, and 2 leaned against the cash counter and occasionally gloomy the oven. It was very clear that our time was not appreciated, and not many cares were given. It took 30 minutes to order for us, and to checkout and another 7 minutes to get our food. We were at 2 other Blaze locations and were very satisfied with the exceptional service, so we are very disappointed by this location, as we know how good it can be! In the 30 minutes we waited in the line, 9 customers came in, waited and decided that the service was not something they wanted to wait for. Very disappointing to see... The only reason I can give these 2 stars is the pizza was delicious. You really have a great product. The store was clean. I hope management can improve this location to make it a store, it can be.

That was the first time we tried Blaze Pizza and it was delicious. The change was great and I had my pizza on my way. The crust is phenomenal... we come back Blaze Pizza.

Edit: Another disappointing experience. After the order I go to pick it up and say Keto Kruste is only available in a 6 inch pizza. After payment for the $4 charge, it was $15.75 for a 6 in pizza. The employee argued with me about the issue and said it was not a menu item. When a screenshot was shown by the site that showed the 10 in Keto crust as an option, they said the site was wrong. Then I asked for a refund of the difference of the 10 in the pizza and the 6 inches it was prepared and said that no refund would be made. I had to get her back to the cauliflower, which was definitely not my first choice. After it was rebuilt, it was very economical on the blows.

Finally tried Blaze Pizza. I ordered a customized pizza and their fresh berry salad. The pizza was so so good! It tasted fresh and pretty cheap for what I chose to put in it. I love it and I wish I tried this place a long time ago. Their fresh berry salad is officially my favorite thing in the world! I would definitely be back. Craving for it now. Great service!
